Deliberate attempt by the hotel to mislead guests by using the same photos of different room types for all their rooms. Appreciate the upgrade but left a bad taste at how it was eventually done. Housekeeping is poor as they either leave my clothes on the phone, did not change the soiled bedsheet, or failed to top up the tea. Read many reviews about the limited breakfast which is true, so I wanted to book room without breakfast but there's no option for it. Again you can see how deliberate the hotel is in their attempt to cover up. The positives are a comfortable bed and constant shower temperature/pressure.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great. I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation. My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

My bad for not checking the place myself , I actually expect it was a hotel room set up until i arrive the place it was a Condo type. But regardless of my expectations, the bfast was good .

We stayed in a queen room and it was well maintained. Very convenient location near the mall. Breakfast has was good, but a bit limited in selection. Booked last minute and we got good rates here at trip.com

Hotel is so clean, complete with everything in the room, with very nice toiletries. Room smells great

Room quite big. Slept like a baby cos the AC was really good
